RETURNS POLICY
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
We offer returns or exchanges within 2 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
After 2 days from delivery date you must email sales@drinksdelivery.uk to determine the best course of action. We will not issue refunds for products purchased outside of the 2 days period.
Please note the following conditions to our returns and exchange policy:
- A copy of the purchase receipt, and a copy of the original invoice may be requested prior to customer service issuing a refund.
- Unit must be un-opened, sealed and in like-new condition. Please return in original packaging with all original accessories, literature and other components. We reserve the right to reject any refund request if the product is received damaged or if any accessories, literature or other original components are missing.
- A copy of the drinksdelivery.uk purchase receipt, and a copy of the original, should be placed inside the return package so that it is easily visible. Products received without an order number and the required documentation as specified above may not be accepted or processed for return.
Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to the customer via ground shipment.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email sales@drinksdelivery.uk detailing your order number, the product you would like to return or exchange and the reason for this request. One of our customer service team will reply back to your email within 48 hours or give you a call detailing the next steps.
You are responsible for shipping costs for returning the product to the drinksdelivery.uk. Drinks Delivery UK is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.
Once your product has been received funds will be credited within 5-7 working days.
